Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use joinpulze.com.

Your files

The PDF and image tools (for example merge, split, rotate, compress and convert) run entirely in your browser. The file is read and processed on your own device and is not sent to our servers.

Videos you caption

When you add captions to a video, the video itself never leaves your device: it is read, edited and rendered inside your browser. Only a compressed copy of the audio is sent to our server, which passes it to an AI speech-to-text service, currently OpenAI, to get the words and their timings. We do not store the audio or the transcript on our servers. Your original file is never modified. A short list of your recent jobs and their subtitle files is kept in your own browser's storage so you can download them again; you can clear it by clearing your browser data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never sent to or stored by us. We keep a record of what you bought (plan, amount, date and the Razorpay payment ID) linked to your account, so we can apply your plan and handle refunds. AI tools

When you use an AI tool, the text you submit (or the text extracted from a PDF you choose) is sent to an AI provider, currently OpenAI, so it can generate the result. We do not use your text to build a profile of you. Do not submit anything you are not comfortable sending to an AI service, such as passwords or highly sensitive personal data.

Accounts

Most tools work without an account. If you sign up, we store your email address and basic account details with our authentication provider (Google Firebase) so you can sign in. You can ask us to delete your account at any time from the Delete Account page.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember simple preferences such as light or dark theme. Our advertising partner uses cookies as described below.

Advertising

Pulze shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure how ads perform. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.

• You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Children

Pulze is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your choices

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time, and you can use the PDF and image tools without creating an account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
