Pricing questions
Will I be charged automatically every month?
No. Plans are prepaid for one month or one year. When your plan ends you move back to the Free plan, and you can buy again whenever you like.
What counts as a video?
Each video you upload and transcribe counts once. Re-editing captions and rendering the same video again is free.
What happens if I run out?
Buy a 25-video pack, or move to a bigger plan. Your monthly allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. International cards are accepted for US dollar prices.
