Account Deletion Request

At Pulze, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use Pulze – AI Face Care, you may request the deletion of your account and associated personal information.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

If available, you can delete your account directly from the app:

  • Open Pulze – AI Face Care.
  • Go to Profile or Settings.
  • Tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm your request.

Your account deletion request will be processed immediately or within a reasonable timeframe.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us.

Please include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Your account name (if applicable).

We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing your request.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted.
  • Your profile information will be removed.
  • Your uploaded facial images associated with your account will be deleted where applicable.
  • You will lose access to your account and any associated data.

This action cannot be undone.

Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required to:

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Resolve disputes.
  • Enforce our legal agreements.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as legally necessary.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the request.
